The Davis Equipment Repair Process

We use a specific process for service calls to ensure all problems are correctly identified and resolved. Feel free to bring any questions or concerns to your service technician, as they’ll be happy to keep you informed on their progress.

  1. Complete an Inspection

When repairs are needed, finding the source of the problem is an important first step. Your Davis Equipment technician will complete a comprehensive inspection of damaged equipment, examining key components for signs of trouble.

  2. Provide a Quote for Parts and Labor

Once we’ve determined the extent of the problem, we’ll provide you with a free estimate for parts and labor. One of the reasons we strive to settle repairs quickly is to keep costs down for all our customers.

  3. Complete Repairs

We’ll do our best to have repairs completed as soon as possible. Many replacement parts come with a one-year warranty from the manufacturer as long as it’s installed by a certified technician. For labor, Davis Equipment offers a 90-day guarantee on repairs.

  4. Contact Our Service Staff Today
